Day 01: Arrival-Nairobi
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and met by our Customer Care Representative and transferred to SAROVA STANLEY Hotel (B&B)
Day 02: Nairobi-Samburu
Morning drive to Samburu arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in a mini-van with pop up roof. Shaba takes its name from Mount Shaba (1525 meters), a volcanic mountain that became extinct around 5,000 years ago and lies on the border of the reserve. In the middle of this desert of volcanic earth lies SIRVA Shaba Game Lodge; Kenya's best kept secret. Built in an oasis around the natural terrain of this breathtaking volcanic desert, the Lodge is attractively laid out with chalet style rooms overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River. Day 03: Samburu
Full day with 2 game drives exploring the Shaba and Buffalo Springs National Reserves which are predominantly arid area interspersed with thorn tree bushes, acacia woodland giving way to isolated crags and natural springs cascading in to the river banks. The national reserve set in the stark country in the hot and arid fringes of Kenya's vast northern region along the Ewaso Nyiro River. The River's permanent water abounds with crocodile, hippo, and plenty of wildlife including the Peculiar Grevy zebra, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx and the comical Somali Ostrich, unique to these northern parts. Day 4: Samburu- Nakuru
Drive to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge. Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is a favorite in Kenya. The Lodge is cleverly laid out in such a way that most rooms and sitting areas afford stunning views of the lake and the park. The Lodge incorporates natural landscaping with tall acacia trees, winding walkways and greens dotted with bird feeds. The Lodge is a natural haven for bird life and attracts over 50 species of birds amongst the 400 species that inhabit the Park. Lake Nakuru National Park is situated in the Rift Valley region of Kenya and comprises of bushy grasslands and yellow acacia woodlands, the Great Rift Valley Escarpments hills and ridges. The park’s swamps and marshes are home to water birds including the famed pink flamingo and diverse bird species. The buffalo, white rhino, zebra, giraffe, hyena species are in abundance. Your stay is in world class lodges such as the spectacular Sarova Lion Hill Lodge.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru- Masai Mara
Morning breakfast and head towards Narok, gateway to the Maasai Mara inhibited by the Maasai community. Enroute games drive arriving in time for lunch at Mara Sarova. Sleeping in Maasai Mara, one of the most renowned game parks in the world is truly an exciting experience. Sarova Mara Game Camp offers spacious luxurious “tents” attractively constructed in light beige canvas with large “windows”, wooden flooring and a permanent roof. All have en-suite bathrooms with large mirrors, WC, hot and cold running water and showers, and are equipped with a fully stocked mini bar, shaver outlets for 110v and 200v and hairdryers. The emphasis is on tasteful comfort with a smooth blend into the beautiful nature that makes the Mara. All tents are built with spectacular views. Large wooden decks with a comfortable day bed, chairs and table offer a tranquil and relaxing retreat while you listen to the natural sounds of nature. Day 6: Maasai Mara
Full day spent in Mara with morning and evening game drives The Maasai Mara Offers wonderful Scenery and an abundance of big game. It is the home for big five the largest population of Lions in Kenya, this magnificent beast spending most of the day sleeping in the shade of acacia trees. With plenty of head’s buffalo, Zebra and wild beest roam the plains. Impala, gazelle, giraffe and hartebeest grace the landscape, and the cautious topi may also be seen standing sentinel on earth mounds on constant lookout of predators. The Mara River is inhibited by crocodiles and pools of hippo, which enjoy quite a large meal of wild beasts during their migration which is considered to be the 7th wonder of the world. Acacia woodlands and rive line forest favored by leopard and elephant and the open savannah and dry bush areas play host to the plains, game and their attendant predators such as lion, cheetah, hyena, and jackal. Day 7: Maasai Mara- Nairobi
Early morning game drive, return to lodge for breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon shopping at the malls in Nairobi or Visit the curio shops. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Panafric Nairobi (F/B) Day 8: Nairobi- Tsavo Early morning breakfast and depart to Taita hills, being one of Kenya’s flagship lodges, famed for its warmth, vibrancy and legendary hospitality. A favorite amongst travelers in search of luxury accommodation, Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge is a luxurious safari escape set in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary overlooking a waterhole and the vast Tsavo plains. Day 9: Tsavo West
Full day spent at Tsavo west the savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riveline vegetation and rocky ridges. Major wildlife attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler. Major attractions are recent Volcanoes, lava flows and caves with potential for geological and cave exploration and hiking. Mzima Springs & underwater hippo and fish watching. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge (F/B)
Day 10: Tsavo- Nairobi
After breakfast depart to Nairobi arriving in time for late lunch at SAROVA Stanley freshen up before an evening transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will connect with homeward flight arriving in time to share stories or photos with family and friends.
